Although there are many hundreds of articles on the subject of fall risk assessment, intervention, and prevention, many of them can be difficult to find. In response to several requests for articles, Motion Knowledge Systems, creaters of FallSaver, is making its internal database of international literature citations available to anyone interested.
The growing collection (670 entries and counting) consists of articles collected from a variety of sources on how to identify patients at risk of falling, available evidence-based research on effectiveness of interventions, published rates on falls and fall-related injuries, and cost-effectiveness data.
